Health & Safety performance
There are a variety of measures that we use to monitor and assess safety performance across our operations.
ROSPA
(The Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents) is an award scheme which recognises excellent performance or sustained improvement. The awards are categorised as:
President's award: organisations achieving a minimum of 10 consecutive gold awards
Gold medal: organisations achieving a minimum of five consecutive gold awards
Gold award: organisations achieving a very high standard of health and safety at work over 4 years
Silver award: organisations achieving a very high standard of health and safety at work over 3 years
Bronze award: organisations achieving a very high standard of health and safety at work over 2 years
Merit award: organisations achieving a very high standard of health and safety at work over 1 year
