Wylfa is situated approximately 1 mile from Cemaes village. From the A55, Bangor proceed across the Britannia Bridge towards Holyhead (20 kms) to Exit 3 signposted Valley/local services. Turn right at the traffic lights along the A5025. The access road to the power station is signposted off the A5025 before Cemaes village.

The nearest railway station is Holyhead, with a main line connection to London.
